Tatar, a native of Donetsk from a family of miners, who left his hometown in 2014 after the arrival of the "Russian world".
He resigned from office, going to the front after the start of the full-scale Russian invasion. He serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a medical shooter: he takes wounded soldiers from the front line.
