Moon at midheaven and the Moon-Apsides midpoint just passed the horizon. (Again clearly showing the importance of the Moon-Apsides midpoint passing the diurnal angles as a trigger for earthquakes.)
Also we are at a special point in the lunar cycle where the apsides reaches max speed (midpoint between quartermoon & perigee)...so somehow that shift in the lunar orbit might have some influence over earthquakes.
