Because Islam is heavily patriarchal, sex is a shame for women. In case of rape, it is the woman who is shamed, not the man. They also cannot stand that women can be independent and free from them, that a woman can live alone, have a job, and have a sexual life. So each time, a woman disagrees with them, they try to shame her by threatening her of rape as it is one of the biggest shame for women in their twisted mind.
They are just sexually frustrated pigs who deserve to be shamed for harassing a woman who just happened to think differently.
Instead of harassing women, they should masturbate to relieve their sexual tension and learn to be better men.
