Gaza is one of the most heavily populated places on earth and has been under siege for 16 years and very badly run down and using heavy bombing in retaliation means massive disproportionate civilian casualties. De facto open prison making civilians so vulnerable. Hamas must also immediately release all hostages which in this context is especially egregious esp kidnapping children.
