Street art by Ernest Pignon-Ernest - who is possibly the 1st artist to make stencil graffiti art, back in 1966 in France when he spray-painted a silhouette of a nuclear bomb victim.
Artwork - from a series called Epidemic - installed in Naples between 1988 & 1991.

He's probably the 1st artist to make stencil graffiti art back in the France in 1966 when he was a Situationist artist.
The Artwork is from a series called Epidemic. It was in Naples from 1988 to 1991.
