Moscow region continues to freeze:

◾️"It's the fourth day without heating. Everyone who could, has already self-evacuated..." - residents of Elektrostal near Moscow showed how their house looks like.

"The entrance is frozen completely. All the radiators destroyed. It's 5 degrees Celsius in our apartments. Those who stayed are surviving as best they can - with gas, all kinds of heating devices," a resident of the house said in the video.

◾️In another house on Oktyabrskaya Street, radiators burst on every floor from the 1st to the 9th, and somewhere the walls began to rot from dampness and cold.

◾️Residents of Voskresensk near Moscow recorded a video message to Putin complaining about the lack of heating.

"It feels like they want to wipe our Voskresensk off the map. Like they want to destroy us!", - residents of Voskresensk say, noting that the administration knows about everything, but does not act.

"We are freezing. It's 11-12 degrees in our apartments. Currently, it is 6 degrees Celsius in my room. Tell me, how is it possible to survive at this temperature? No words! I mean, we do not live, but exist. And so we ask the leadership to pay attention to us. Voskresensk administration knows all our problems, as they said: " We are aware, we have everything under control". But what's the point? Nothing changes! <...>

No progress. Everything is getting worse and worse. Reconstruction of the boiler house is postponed from year to year. All the boilers have exhausted their resource. They have turned to dust. <...> Our residents are left alone with their problems. We have no one to rely on", - residents of the city said in their appeal.

◾️Residents of Dmitrov near Moscow were also left without heating. Tonight, a leak was found on the heating network of the local boiler house.

According to residents, about 2 a.m. there was a loud noise in the pipes of multi-storey buildings. It vanished only by morning, then heating and hot water disappeared. The head of Dmitrov city district Ilya Ponochevny said that there could be two leaks, one of them has not been found yet.
