"Ukraine's fate hangs in the balance, and I don't need to convince anyone that this means that our fate also hangs in the balance," Tusk said.

The Polish prime minister also said that Polish and Ukrainian officials will meet in #Warsaw on March 28 to resolve the blockade on the Polish-Ukrainian border.
