Close to 70k Chinese internet users commented on this PRC MFA video clip showing PRC chief spokesperson’s assertion on May 9 that “Without the Communist Party, there would be no New China. This is a common belief of the Chinese people.”
99% of the comments are brutal sarcasm and ridicule against such absurd claim. The clip and comments were promptly taken down and deleted.
The CCP does not represent the Chinese people. So simple, so true.
