He's probably the 1st artist to make stencil graffiti art back in the France in 1966 when he was a Situationist artist.
The Artwork is from a series called Epidemic. It was in Naples from 1988 to 1991.

Chinese ultra-nationalist paints over famous London street art spot Brick Lane with Communist Party propaganda slogans. I want to congratulate him. By replacing colour and art with miserable Communist Party slogans, it really helps satirise the CCP.
