Across New York City, and increasingly across the country, this population is flexing its influence: on the streets, in the schools, in city council chambers, and in our courts. It’s not assimilation, it’s assertion. It’s not gratitude, it’s gradual domination.

No pushback. No awakening. Just the West surrendering quietly, institution by institution, right under our noses.
