The FBI counter intelligence special agent, the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of State have officially requested that I submit evidence concerning Zhao Lanjian, a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) transnational repression agent, who publicly announced on July 7, 2025, his plan to disrupt the event held in U.S. Congress commemorating the solemn 10th anniversary of the 709 Crackdown.

Zhao Lanjian, a fake journalist, sneaked into the venue long after the event had begun on July 8—without any prior registration or sign-in—and violently chased a young conference volunteer for nearly five minutes during the lunch session inside the Capitol. Multiple eyewitnesses and video footages bear witness to this.

Zhao then maliciously accused a volunteer member from the organizing team, who acted bravely to stop his unlawful behavior, of assault—an allegation refuted by numerous on-site witnesses, including one congressional staff leader.

Zhao Lanjian can continue his performance and deceive the public with countless lies, and he may keep following orders from his CCP masters to launch baseless attacks against organizations and individuals of conscience who defend freedom and oppose Communist tyranny. But what awaits him, once the truth is fully exposed, is legal punishment under U.S. law.
