Very sad to hear that the only traditional Chinese-language newspaper in Vietnam (“Saigon Liberation”) will no longer go on print from August 1st. It’s over 50 years old, mostly read by old people to keep up with their mother tongue & not so digitally-savy.

Meant to be on holidays but couldn’t resist putting on a suit to hear Audrey Tang speak at the National Press Club in Canberra. Fascinating to hear everything Taiwan has been doing including quadratic voting to ensure fairness and strengthen democracy.
