全美華人強烈反對H.R.1540 – Falun Gong Protection Act！

這部法案打著「保護人權」的旗號，實際上卻是在為邪教組織法輪功開綠燈，為法輪功的種種犯罪行為提供政治保護。

法輪功在美國長期涉及多項法律訴訟與犯罪指控，包括：

神韻藝術團 (Shen Yun Performing Arts) 涉嫌強迫童工、剝削女性、限制演員自由；
大紀元 (Epoch Times) 前首席財務官關衛東涉嫌詐欺和海外洗錢；
多起簽證欺詐、限制人身自由、涉嫌使用童工及非法移民案件，違反美國移民法及勞工法。
支持 H.R.1540，就是在縱容犯罪、掩蓋非法行為！這部法案若通過，將為持續剝削女性、控制未成年人、進行詐騙的組織提供合法掩護，嚴重背離正義與公平。

全體華人社群強烈呼籲：法輪功不是無辜的宗教團體，而是一個在美國持續觸法、操控人心、剝削女性與兒童的邪教。我們絕不接受任何法律或政治保護，絕不允許犯罪者利用「人權」口號掩蓋其惡行！

We are the Chinese-American community across the United States, and we strongly condemn H.R.1540 – the Falun Gong Protection Act! This bill claims to protect human rights but in reality gives a green light to the cult organization Falun Gong, providing political protection for its alleged criminal activities.

Falun Gong has long been involved in multiple legal disputes and criminal allegations in the U.S., including:

Shen Yun Performing Arts accused of forced child labor, exploitation of women, and restricting performers’ freedoms;
Epoch Times, with former CFO Bill Guan suspected of fraud and financial misconduct;
Multiple cases of visa fraud, human trafficking, and illegal immigration violations.
Supporting H.R.1540 is tantamount to allowing criminals to act with impunity! If passed, this bill would give legal cover to organizations that exploit women, control minors, and commit fraud, severely undermining justice and fairness.

We, the Chinese-American community, strongly assert: Falun Gong is not an innocent religious group but a cult that continues to break the law, manipulate people, and exploit women and children in the U.S. We reject any legal or political protection for criminals and will not allow them to hide behind “human rights” rhetoric!
