This was a post made by a Chinese man named Deng Haiyan (邓海燕), a former CCP criminal police officer and civil servant who now lives in California, USA. He was expressing his view on Charlie Kirk’s death. Clearly, he believes that Charlie Kirk deserved to die.
And yet, such a person has actually applied for political asylum in the United States and is said to have obtained a green card.
As far as I know, he has taken positions consistent with the CCP on many major issues.
If foreigners cannot obtain U.S. visas for making statements celebrating Charlie Kirk’s death, then what about people like him who are already in America? Should their visas/green cards be revoked?
