关于二大爷邓海燕问题的法理依据
Dear Officials of the U.S. Department of State, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Department of Justice (DOJ),
I am writing with deep concern regarding an online statement made by an individual that I believe may constitute the incitement of violence and potentially fall under U.S. federal laws relating to terrorism, hate crimes, and immigration regulations.
The original statement reads:
"a guy (Charlie Kirk) whose every statement proves he's a Nazi scumbag gets shot dead- dying in the exact way he's always been advocating for,and I don't even want to express a shred of fake-ass pity"
The statement appears to suggest that killing individuals—based on being labeled with extremist (Nazi )ideologies—is justified, and it expresses no remorse for such acts. This raises concerns that the speech may normalize or encourage violent actions against people perceived as belonging to certain groups.
According to my understanding:
Under the USA PATRIOT Act (2001), any non-citizen who organizes, supports, or incites terrorism-related activities may be subject to removal.
Under 18 U.S.C. § 249 – Hate Crimes Prevention Act (2009), incitement or justification of violence against people based on identity or beliefs may be considered part of hate crime–related conduct.
Under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), individuals involved in inciting or supporting violent or terroristic activity may be deemed inadmissible or removable.
I respectfully request that your offices review this matter to determine whether the individual’s conduct falls within the scope of these federal statutes and whether further action is warranted.
Thank you for your time, attention, and for ensuring the safety and security of the public.
Sincerely
@FBIDirectorKash @FBI @SecRubio @DHSgov @GordonGChang @SolomonYue @StateDept @ICEgov @USA_China_Talk @USCIS
